Remote Scripting Error

Couple of years back i develop an application which were using Remote Scripting as well. and it was working all fine couple of months ago untill i changed my server. Now it's giving me hard time i install Java version 6.0
it's a chat module ( Client Server appliation ) which actually using Remote Scripting.

In IE i am getting this message

i deploy Remote Scripting examples on my server and its' giving me this error

access denied (java.net.SocketPermission 127.0.0.1:8080 connect,resolve)


I checked the reference , path everything but nothings working, When i open Java Console i am getting something like this
