remotely connected admin pass

    hi there,

    in our company , admin has closed all our access to install and delete programs and when we have problem , admin remotely connects to our pc and at that time the screen get locked and after repairing, admin restart and the we can enter with our user/pass.

    is it possible to find admin pass with a keylogger or any other softwares?

    our os is win xp
