removal of adobe flash player9 activex

    the add and remove programs in the control Panel shows the "adobe flash player 9 active x" file in "light" grey. I am unable to delete it from the panel. can anyone help me on this matter. I need to install a newer copy. rolleyes

    You could try to fix it in safe mode, or just do another install and then try removing the grayed flash...assuming it remains in add/remove after new install and that the new download doesnt detect flash on your pc and quit. One of the Geeks may post here too, so your call.
