Remove Suggested Sites Button For Ever

Hi,

I have Vista with IE8. How do I get rid of the Suggested Sites button permanently? I have disable it in Tools/Internet Options/Advanced and also deleted the button from my favourites bar but it just keeps on re-appearing after a few days. I do not want this button taking up valuable space on my favourites bar so how can I get rid it for good!?

Any help would be appreciated.

Personally I don't have Vista so I couldn't try it out myself. Hope the above works for you.
