I was able to remove it from the welcome screen and start menu, but can't find a way to remove it from the shutdown menu. Can somebody please help me?

I would like to not only remove "Switch User" but "Sleep" and "Hibernate" as well and make "Restart" the default option in that Shutdown Context menu.

So, my own question is, "Where does Vista hide that context menu?"
Any help would be greatly appreciated.
That would take care of two questions at once.
