removed acronis10 now drive letters messed up! HELP!

help???

I just removed acronis, well most of it from my machine, as per removal instructions.
And all my drive letters are fubar!
I have PartitionMagic.
I have it set to change the drive letters D E F and I am getting this message:
no active partition, are you sure you want to apply change?

Is this cause the drives are not my C, or am I toast?

I can't even click on "my computer"
at the moment! Its temp gone.. when I click on it it gives me the device mgr.
I am just trying to put it back to where it was....
