   just bought new hp. comes with norton internet security. doesnt run, but shows in remove programs list. cant remove there. click in start and uninstall does nothing. tried craplet remover. says successfully removed but it is still showing everywhere.
   pull the plug please

   Please give the Norton Removal Tool (SymNRT) a run > reboot your machine and then run it again for good measure.
