Can anybody help with some advice on capacitors please ?
I have a couple I wish to replace on a motherboard.
They are rated 6.3V 1000 microfarads.
I am having trouble getting exact replacements but am led to believe that the voltage rating is a maximum rating.
    If this is so can I replace a 6.3V 1000 microfarad with a 25V 1000 microfarad ?
    Thanks.
