I recently imaged a clean XP Pro SP2 install from an old 4gb hard drive to a brand new 200gb Western Digital hard drive. For some reason, after imaging, the primary partition (drive C: ) is only 128gb and there's 58gb of unallocated space showing up in Disk Management. I'm not too concerned with why this happened, but what I'd like know is: Is there a partition resizing utility that runs from within Windows XP? I know there's a bunch of bootable ones... what about GParted? It doesn't run from Windows, does it? Any help or suggestions will be appreciated!

BTW- the PC doesn't have a floppy drive, and I can't seem to find a bootable CD .iso of a resizing app.... THANX!
BTW Part 2 - I just downloaded GParted.... how do I run it? It has a README, but it won't open with Notepad... I probably just need to drink more coffee, but, what the heck do I do with it?!?!?!

Problem solved. I used a bootable partition tool to resize into the unallocated space. BootIT-NG worked perfectly (as usual ;) )
