Resize pictures in Outlook Express?

    Hello everyone.
    I am new here and fairly new at computing. Recently got a complaint from someone I sent a message to with a picture attached that the picture was "huge". Is there any way of reduceing that size to say 800x600? I'm running 98SE and Outlook Express on a dial-up, if that matters. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Welcome,
    you'll need to edit the image to resize it and then resend it.

    download this file (INFRANVIEW) to your hard drive. Remember where you put it. Find the file and install the software .
