Resource Conflict - PCI Network Controller on Motherboard Bus:06, Device:05,?

hi to all.
i have : fujitsu siemens' laptop, xp installed on it. my wireless icons shows disconnected and the system hangs for some time after which internet did not work. even in the device manager the wireless driver is not present. and a driver installation wizard asking to install network controller appears. my laptop's specification are:

SERIAL YBBL062384
MAINBOARD FJNB19C

which restarting the message is coming:
