Return Task Bar to Horizontally

Greetings:

OK dumb question for the day: but... Task bar switched to vertical position and unable to return to horizontal - at bottom of screen. Please advise?

If you left button click on the task bar and hold the left button down, drag the taskbar to the bottom.

 

...and then right -click it and lock the sucker down so it doesn't happen again.

I met that problem before, it spent me a few minutes dragging the bar.:-o
