Right Clicking a folder hangs up my computer

    I don't know what happened to my computer, But every time I right click on a folder My system just hangs. If its a folder on my desktop I have to reboot my computer. if I'm in my computer I have to crtl+alt+delete then kill my computer. I am running winXP pro service pack2 and just last night I was on blackviper.com reading about my services and turning a few of them off that I didn't think I needed. I don't know if that had anything to do with this prob. Is there a service that will not allow you to right click a folder if turned off?
