rouge.antivirusXP2008

I'm new here and I seem to have a bit of a problem
I have run everything on the read and run me first and it fixed almost everything except a start up problem. when I start the computer an error message comes up saying "system32\nxcokxut.dll" I've read around and can't find much of what I need.

Also, I still have a rouge.antivirusxp2008. I have run all my cleaners and superantispywear but it still finds it. It says it's there, says it needs to restart the computer to fix it but when I run my next scan it finds it again and again.any solutions?
