RSS Gadgets?

    Hey Guys,
    I was wondering(couldn't find) if there were any Gadgets for Windows 7 that would let me see an RSS Feed from like PC World on my desktop in place of going to their site and looking there?

    EDIT--
    I found one. It works on my laptop( I can choose the feeds to put in it.) But it doesn't let me do that on my Desktop.
    The options it gives me are:
    Display this feed:
    All feeds
    Number of headlines to show:
    10- 100 headlines.
    Why is it like that on my desktop and not my laptop?
