RUNDLL cannot find file

    My antivirus software - PREVX - picked up a trojan virus called "oquhijucivic.dll". I went into Safe mode and deleted the .dll file but now get a RUNDLL error message on startup as it cannot find the dll file. Is there a way I can stop this message?
