RUNDLL popup every 10 seconds. Please help; I'm at my wit's end.

Every 10 seconds, I get a pop-up:

I can hit OK to close this pop-up, but it comes up every 10 seconds until they cover my screen. It makes using my computer incredibly frustrating.

I don't know what to do. This started all of a sudden yesterday afternoon and restarting doesn't make it go away. I couldn't find anything about it on Google.

I don't know what information anyone would need to help, but here's some:

I'm using Windows XP on my Dell laptop that's about 4 years old and in poor condition. The internet is DSL and it's been ridiculously slow lately. Each page takes over 10 seconds to load. Nothing comes up when I do a Spybot S&D or AVG scan.

Please tell me what other information would be needed. I'm pretty desperate. Thanks so much for any replies!

Does the same popup occur in safe mode?
Have you tried last know good configuration?
