RunDLL vista problem

I'm not sure whether this goes here or not.

I've been keep getting this pop up show up every 10 seconds and I can't make it go away.

RunDLL
Error loading C:/Users/Luis/AppData/Local/shortat.dll
access is denied

I've already tried deleting the registry but it always comes back.
the file in particular (shortat.dll) according to its properties was created in 2007, the file description is : Apple lossless audio codec add-on for the bass library.

Seems like the file has been there for quite some time so I'm not sure if it's a virus that it's causing the problem, I've had a couple of viruses before but I've gotten rid of them.

Any help would be appreciated.

I'm using vista 32 bits.

 

Maybe Autoruns and Autorunsc will show you what programs are configured to run during system bootup or login, and show you the entries in the order Windows processes them.
