runtime error 200 on fast computer

    Hi, I have an older DOS program that I have to run on an older pc with a cpu running at 166mhz and windows 98 in the DOS mode. If I try and run it on my amd 4200+ xp system I get a runtime error 200. I saw a program here called cpu killer that is supposed to slow down a fast cpu to run these older dos programs written in Borland turbo pascal. Has anyone tried it and will it work? thanks
