Found after doing an IObit UNINSTALLER of Avira Antivirus (free version) while it showed, successful completion and after reboot and clean up, similar Avira alerts occurred (per my earlier post re Advanced System Care problem) showing items being quarantined as before.

So I searched and found an Avira folder with files under Programs.

I wasn't allowed to delete the folder and files because it appears I needed System or Administrator permission to do so.

A search for such a procedure left me feeling nervous, so is there a safe and simple stepped way for a dummy like me to gain permission needed to delete this Avira folder with files under Programs?

    Thanking you in advance

    Cheers
