    I need a few, VBRUN20 or VBRUN30, MSVCR80, and a couple others.

I have downloaded DLL files from here before and never had problems:
    http://www.dll-files.com/
However, the files you've listed are Microsoft runtime files for Visual basic and Visual C+ and you should be able to simply do a search at the MS download site and get the appropriate runtimes and re-install them in their entirety, not just the DLL files....

Thanks. I found I need VBRUN200. I have VBRUN100 and VBRUN300, but somehow missed this one. It's an old program for Win95. I also have many MSVCR dlls, with similar names, but not this one. I'm trying the MS download for vcredist_x86.exe. I also found VBRUN200.exe at http://support.microsoft.com/kb/99251
The forums at microsoft.com also had recommendations to download MSVCR80.dll from dll-files.com.
