Samsung DVD-ROM SD-6166T DVD doesn't work

    A CD will work but not a DVD. Error message is Windows Media Player has encountered a problem and needs to close.

    Try using a different madia player, say vlc media player

    search good for it.

    I tried RealPlayer and same message except instead of Windows Media Player has to close it says RealPlayer has to close
