Samsung N210 Netbook Blue Screen w/cursor

    Brand new - Samsung N210 Netbook will not boot. The only thing you see is a Blue Screen w/ flashing cursor.

    The F4 repair utility from Samsung will not get rid of the issue either. Thoughts?

    Fresh install of OS might solve problem, or have you checked RAM. but sounds more like a corrupt file.

    Why not simply exchange it? If it's brand new, it's definitely under warranty!
