SAS cleared viruses, but also no internet, cannot find fix?

Hey guys,

So I have some nasty viruses on my machine, and used your guides to attempt to remove them. I only got to SUPERAntiSpyware when I ran into the problem which occurs when the internet becomes disabled. I did what the guide told me:

But, my internet does not connect, and have even gone to reinstalling my ethernet drivers, because it shows in device manager as not having drivers, however I cannot obtain internet connect. I will attach the only log I can, but for now I am more concered with retrieving internet, unless you think solving the virus issue will resolve my connection problem.
