save mode, live updates,installing av do not work

live updates, save mode, norton 360, avast, hijack,housecal.. do not work annymore on my desktop. i can normaly work with it is running on xp, internet connection is working. please help.
always the same problem it is not a win32 aplication

Having Norton 360 and Avast! Anti-virus programs installed side by side is asking for major system conflict problems.
So that is the first thing.

If you cannot get into 'Windows Safe Mode' (if that is what you meant by 'save mode') is another indication of a system problem.

If it was me I would suspect a serious MALWARE INFECTION.

No just after , when norton did noth work annymore i have tryed to intall avast , but it was also imossible, sorry for my language, but i wil follow your instructions
