Save Streaming Video

    I usually use Download Helper in FF to save the video to hard disk but it doesn't work with Gourmet.com Is there another way to grab this? My ISP has a capped bandwidth so this is the reason why I'm asking. Thanks folks.

    May be wrong in this, but it is worth a try. I believe that anything that you view or download off the net is saved as a temp file, until you run a cleaner or shut down. Might try searching temp files! Hope this helps!:)
