   When i right click to use "save target as" it is an un-selectable option (it is greyed out) any ideas on how to get it to work????
   I have got windows ME.

   Do you have Content Advisor enabled in IE? Open Internet Explorer > Tools > Internet Options > Content. Check and see if it is enabled.
   
   If so, disable it and see if that helps.
