scan for malware

is there one program or software that will scan your computer and tell you exactly whats wrong? Or what you are infected with that works everytime?
Or is the best one to use? I know spybot and adware work good but I'm not sure if they are the best.

 

ok thanks for the info. I'm not having problems as of right now was just asking. See the thing is I'm a self taught computer geek and I have been teaching myself how to deal with spyware and viruses. I love your web site and have used it myself to fix my computer and families. I'm looking into going to school so I can more versed and get certified. So that what brought me to ask what is the best program for this kind of work.
I'm looking to start a buisness doing this kind of work and who better to ask than the experts like yourself for help.

 

lol that would be nice thanks for the info. do you have a reference for reading and understanding scans. like hijack this and so forth. they do stay ahead of us but the force is with us and one day we will over turn the dark side. lol
