Scheduled Tasks for system throw error

    OS is Windows server 2003 SP2. I am trying to create a scheduled task on servers to run under the system account. On some of the systems when I try to create the task using schtask I get the error below:

    The task has been created, but may not run because the account information could not be set.

    If I try to create the task locally I get this error:

    0x8007007a: The data area passed to a system call is too small
