Scheduling a start-up...?

    Can I set up a scheduled time to start my PC from a completely turned off state.
    I want my PC to be on and ready when I arrive at my work.

    you should be able to use the same method in xp, look for task scheduler and see ifit has the same options as vista, it should I don't remember them changing that part of windows
