    hit your Print Screen key on your keyboard. Open up MS Paint and paste it there.

    HyperSnap is great. Freebie and paid versions available (I upgraded to the paid version to get rid of the little banner on the graphics). It creates nice, small graphics (not like MSPaint, which creates huge, bloated graphics) -- a useful feature when you're e-mailing things around.
