Screen flickers

    My screen flickers... what I mean by that is when I'm connected to the net and even now as I am typing this my screen seems to be getting interference from something ... little lines flicker across the screen and it is very annoying... anyone know why this happens?:confused:

    I assume you're using a CRT?

    The electromagnetic plates in a CRT that guide the electron to the screen are prone to magenetic fields, and can lose calibration. This is corrected by degaussing the monitor. Most CRT's provide this function, although some don't. I recommend you investigate the built in menus, looking for an icon similar to this:
