screen lags/ jitters when scrolling in internet explorer

when i scroll down in internet explorer the screens like kitters as i move down the page. i have installed all thing such as macromedia and shockwave to stop this but it still happens ne idea?????

and i ahev the latest i.e as well

 

i'm having the same problems. It's not just with internet explorer, but with opera etc... The problem also occurs in programs such as acrobat. the screen is jerky, even with smooth scrolling deactivated. my computer has also been scanned using the most up to date detection tools.

 

Please make a new thread instead of hijacking an old one.
