Search redirects and browser issues

Hi,

My daughter is having virus/malware problems on her laptop. I've run through the cleaning procedure and attach the logs (I hope). Running 64 bit windows 7 so couldn't do 2 of them. Couldn't uninstall norton either via control panel or uninstall on start menu, even tried in safe mode but it doesn't respond at all. Don't think it's running at all though.

All I can get out of her is that sometimes the virus thingie pops up, something about trojan horses, searches redirect and google chrome stopped working and internet explorer started not responding quite frequently. Oh and she mentioned notepadb.exe.

Never mind. She's decided to reinstall Windows. Can't find the button to delete/edit my original post.
