search200 issues

So I am new actually to the world of fixing MSXP....I am linux sysadmin and only have an MS windows box for really gaming purposes, but I have it connected to the a cable modem via a router (McAffee is on it still because it was isntalled before the router) Anyway I cannot get off this darn search200 passthrough that keeps getting into my registry keys, regedit always shows it after a reboot in Software - Microsoft - IE - Main you can see that when I run AdAware it finds it and deltes it and the cookie from search200 as well...but it comes back, I am a bit worriesome deleting anything else...I spent hours getting LSP fix for this box, Kazaabegone, etc...this is the only remaining issue, and alas, I am breaking down and asking for help, here is HiJackThis (you can tell I only use this for simCity4)

There is one autoupdating registry entry called UpReg.exe that sounds a little suspcsious but I am not sure anymore, any help would be appreciate

Again the problem is a search200 tool bar always pops up and homepage get hijacked with a passtrhough to search200 --- tried downloading the search200 uninstall as well, was weary about this, but it didn't work I am thinking of just abandoning IE and moving over to Mozilla or Avante Browser ;-)
