searching for video editing program

Sigh the joy of being among the few who have win98 still
(please keep the laughing to a dull roar)

I have searched high and low for something that fits my needs to no avail and wondered if anyone would know of anything.

I am looking for a FREE (or small fee) editing program thats simular to Movie Maker where I can make videos for youtube to advertise my links for online money making. If possible something with a few bells and whistles, something I can ad voice, pics, music with.

Problems are.......
I have win98
I have no camcorder or video camera so anything that would need those I couldnt use.

Im hoping someone out there knows of a program that might fit the bill, everything I find must be WinXP.
