I have 2 Hard Drives, although only my primary HDD is showing up in Windows. The strange thing is, they're showing up in BIOS but NOT in Windows, and I'm unsure why.

The 2 hard drives I have which were showing in BIOS are listed below:

    1st Drive: [HDD: SM-ST340015A]
    2nd Drive: [RAID: MAXTOR STM316]

The 1st drive is my primary HDD (which has Windows installed) and the 2nd drive is my secondary HDD which has all my music, games etc on. The 2nd hard drive is the drive I am trying to get Windows to show, but it's just not happening. It seems that it's appearing in BIOS but not showing up whatsoever in Windows. I went to 'Disk Management' and it's not even showing up there either. Also, I'm unsure as to why it says "RAID" on my 2nd hard drive, could that be the problem?

I'd like some help with this guys if possible, and it'd be greatly appreciated.

    Thank you.

you didnt mention if you just installed the hard drives , if so the second drive has to be set as the slave. if not and the drives are sata drives most likely they wont show up when you click on my computer
