Secondary Storage Drive

Secondary Storage Drive
I thought I posted this a few days ago but the search link turned up nothing when I typed in my user name to find the post.

I bought some unknown brand name made in China secondary storage drive from e-bay some time ago and it worked fine with my windows XP, but when I go to use it with my windows 98, it says "detected new hardware, bla bla" and I don't know where to download a driver for it mainly I think because I'm not sure what brand it is. It just says "MWC" on it.

Any Suggestions?

Okay I found my other post under 'Hardware' using the "advanced" search,
and found a few ideas, but can anyone tell me how to figure out what MWC stands for? I've tried Google.

But it is like they are no longer in business, their web store link goes no where
and I can't find anything about them anywahere. I am wondering if anyone
knows, if it is possible to use a similar drive from another maker?
