Security Concerns and Slow Computer

Hi Guys,
I am having a worrying time with my computer.
It is very slow when connecting to a web site, often not connecting at all .("The connection has timed out") and other times just keeps trying

to connect indefinetly.

Occasionally it cannot find the webpage at all. Also when I log onto a site such as yours, the page downloads but the icon on the tab keeps

spinning (indicating to me that the page has not fully downloaded).

More worrying is when I attempt to connect to an address I get a notification from Malwarebytes that "Malwarebytes has successfully blocked

access to potentially malicious website xx.xx.xx.xxx. Type outgoing.
Or xx.xxx.xx.xx.. Type incoming
Where "x" seems to vary with every notification.
Typically:- 89.28.17.125 or 58.241.38.71

My two major concerns are security & efficiency.

Thanks for replying to my post so quickly.
I have worked through the instructions that you referred me to, and attatch the additional logs.
Also, TDSSKiller returned nil threats,Defogger returned nil results.
I previously forwarded logs for Malwarebytes, Rogue Killer & Hitman, I guess you do not want them resubmitted.
