   How do you remove SecurityRisk.eGatherer? Have Windows XP Professional operating system & Norton keeps finding this "high risk". File name: IbmEgath.dll,acpcontroller.dll. Symantec's IBM & Lenova Support link is no help. I know next to nothing about computers, so please use newbie terms and/or instructions, as others in our office can't fix. Any suggestions??
