Seeking MSI drivers

I recently assembled a new computer, which runs an MSI motherboard. This wouldn't be a problem, except that the motherboard is 64-bit, and requires a 64-bit OS. The driver disk that came with it does not recognize XP 64 as a valid operating system. This of course means I can't install the included drivers, including those for the LAN. This leads to the computer not even recognizing what it is, just that it exists. While Windows XP was able to pull the audio drivers from the disk, it's failed to do so for the LAN.

    Can anyone help me?

Thank you. I tried Google, but it never gave me the correct ones for my mobo.
