Select Skin File - spyware?

Not sure if this is a new one - probably not. Every time I start internet explorer, a small box appears which states 'Select Skin file'. It's highly annoying as it seems to appear again when I open certain pages. I can get rid of it by clicking the 'x' but it will re-appear again. I've scanned the pc with all my spyware software/anti-virus software but nothing shows up. I'm running XP. Any ideas on how to get rid? Is it spyware?

 

I don't know if this has anything to do with it but do u have spybot installed. I know they have a skin feature. You might uninstall it and see if that fixes, then reinstall.

Go here see if it does any good. It probably is not a Spybot problem!! Do you have Viewpoint Viewbar installed?
