Selecting a TV Tuner

Hi ,
im planning on buying a tv tuner (external) to watch hockey games on my 17" samsung lcd (8ms response) time.

I think i have found a tv tuner box heres the link

i need your feedback if this is worth buying because i have never had a tv tuner card on my pc. I just want good quailty

Seems like a good deal. Unless you are needing a new LCD, then it would be worth getting one with a tuner. But if needing something for a dorm, and cannot foot the cost for a more expensive set, then this is the way to go.
