After using msconfig to stop some programs from automatically starting, I always get the annoying screen at startup informing me I made changes. Even after checking the box "Do not show.....", it pops up every time I re-boot. How do I stop this screen from appearing? Thanks

    Hi

Best option is not to use msconfig as its a troubleshooting app more than a startup manager, always has been no matter what anyone says, best option is to enable all startups and then use this free app listed below in StartupCPL to manage them.

    Installer version works in XP
Standalone version works in Vista/Windows 7

Works in all Windows versions but you will need to tell us what Windows version you using?
