Sending Packets But Not Recieving Them Problem?

I'm trying to connect to an established internet connection I have via wireless antenne. Its setup, I am getting an excellent signal but for some reason Internet explorer isn't showing me anything.

My network key to access the modem works fine. The signal strong at 56Megs, the computer is a dell something something with Windows XP pro.

For some reason, something is preventing me from accessing the internet...

Any ideas? Thanks a million for your help!

Are you running a software firewall? Need to adjust the settings on that also.
