SFC help - win7 64bit

Hello, I am running sfc /scannow and get his message after complete
Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files, but was unable to fix some of them, details are included in the CBS.log.

I went to read it, but is unable to understand it.
I have included my CBS.log

 

There's nothing in the cbs.log that indicates any failure to fix. Have a look in Event Viewer for anything relevant.

Were you running SFC because of computer problems, crashes etc? If so, explain what problems your PC is having so that we can best assist you.

 

My probem was missing services thus unable to update through window updates
I am missing Cryptographic Services and software licensing service

I tried this microsoft fixit, but it fails with unexpected error

I have also tried a repair installation, but it hangs, and is unable to complete, stuck with the please wait error message, even after I unplugged all device and removed all my anti-virus

 

Missing, not in the service.msc list at all.
