sfc /scannow errors need help repairing

Windows 8.1:
I ran sfc /scannow in an elevated prompt. When it finished:

Windows Resource Protection found corrupt files but was unable to fix some
of them. Details are included in the CBS.Log windir\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. For
example C:\Windows\Logs\CBS\CBS.log. Note that logging is currently not
supported in offline servicing scenarios.

I also ran:
findstr /c:"[SR]" c:\windows\logs\cbs\cbs.log >sfcdetails.txt

I then ran:
Dism /Online /Cleanup-Image /RestoreHealth

Dism finished with Error: 0x800f0906
The source files could not be downloaded.

The DISM log file can be found at C:\windows\Logs\DISM\dism.log

Starting with Calculator.lnk errors, I see about 10 files that cant be repaired. But now I need help on what to do next.

You do know that sfc /scannow reports errors because of a Windows update (KB3068708) and as yet there is no fix for the erroneous report?

If it were my computer, I'd ignore the sfc /scannow results because as of 9 July it has not been fixed. You can't trust it.
