I have a desktop and a laptop and would like the two to share a broadband connection. I have an Intel 5-port hub and 2 ethernet cables. Can anyone tell me if it's possible to connect the 2 computers to the Internet with the items that I have? If so, how? Thanks.

Like this.. assuming the dsl or cable router you have will give you 2 IP addresses. And you get the more cables.

If not you need a router in there.
