"Share" isn't listed in file properties - therefore network won't work

    Fellow geeks,
I have two PCs networked, a Win 98 PC and an XP PC. The network used to work fine, but I recently caught a virus and had to reload my Win98 PC. I also installed Nortons Anti virus and Firewall (Norton Internet Security).
Now when I go to Network Nieghborhood I get "Unable to browse Network".
    Heres some specs:
-The two PCs are networked using a Soho Network Kit (two PCI cards and a hub)
-The XP PC is fine. That hasen't changed since I reinstalled the OS on the other PC
    - All the lights are working on my cards and my hub.
-On my Win98 PC, everything looks fine: the network card shows no conflicts,I have Netbeui, TCP-IP,Client for MS networks,MS family logon,File & Printer sharing installed.
Also, I've configured the Nortons firewall to allow the network to work.
Heres what may be the problem: I can't share any files or folders because "share" isn't listed in any properties menus.
Also, maybe the Nortons firewall isn't configured right, but I think it is, so thats the last resort.
Any advice would be greatly appreciated.
    DCO
