I now have the following proggies installed on my pc,
Reg Supreme
Spybot
Ad ware
CW Shredder
Stinger
Spyware blaster
Zone Alarm
Windows Backup
Crap Cleaner
Reg Cleaner
Avast
Which of these do i need to put on my Scheduled tasks? and how often should i run them? daily, weekly, monthly etc, to keep my pc safe and running at top notch.

and EmpTemp http://www.majorgeeks.com/download.php?det=1575

as well. They still pick up stuff the others miss. Bazza

Before Reg cleaning bkup your registry, and set perhaps a restore point.

Keep it simple.
..develop a system, maybe even a file with your 'maintenance' shortcuts in a folder like on the desktop.

I highly reccommend running Crap Cleaner and RegCleaner after every proggie download and uninstall you do.
